This is an occasional place to sit and read in our bedroom. Its big enough for my husband and I. Its pretty, and the is nice. The footrest works fun but seems a little flimsy. The release handle is only in one side. Overall I like it / but I wouldnt suggest it for a heavy use seating item. Well made just what I was looking for!
I saw a lot of reviews saying that putting the foot rest back into a down/locked position was very difficult. Maybe the manufacturer changed the product, maybe I got lucky, maybe I am stronger than all the others (not very likely) but for me this is a very comable chair and with ease I can put the foot rest down and lock it; no issues.
I also saw comments saying the foot rest needed more padding, well, maybe. If I lay my ankles/feet on the rest it is fine, if I set my feet against the edge of the rest then not so great, but hey, the intention is to lay your feet on it not push against it.
The cats love it too! I may never be able to put the rest down as they now see that as their place to sit.
is easy to clean (cat hair can be an issue) and it makes my living room seem a lot larger (I removed the full sized couch and put this in, only need room for me and the cats). The back on this is high and I wanted that to help support my neck. After all day looking at a computer monitor at work I wanted a high backed chair to rest in and this works great.

Overall Im happy with the recliner. The size as far as width is as expected. I do wish it was a tad softer or fuller as far as the cushioning goes but thats not a deal breaker. The color is more of a black gray or cool gray rather than the brownish or warm gray thats in the listing picture. Once again, not a deal breaker but just want others to know for a reference. I would recommend the chair. Great for someone who wants to sit with a child (or two) or a pet or just have extra space. My two children (toddlers) and I have plenty of room when we all three are sitting on it. I definitely recommend this recliner. Just cant give it a 5 due what I mentioned previously. But I would give a 4.5 if I could. Works well.
This chair was easy to put together, are super soft and comable. I was nervous as I have never ordered furniture online before, but I do not regret it.
I call them snuggle chairs because they are good sized for my kids or dogs to come sit next to me without them having to sit on me.
The only thing I would change is I would put a latch on both sides for the recliner.
Love that you can buy a great quality sofa online and get it 2 days later. The sofa itself is beautiful, very sturdy, reasonably priced and incredibly comable. highly recommend.

Recliner is difficult to lock back in the upright position after you start reclining
Easy to assemble. Comable to sit in. Terribly difficult to lock back in the upright position after you have been reclining. I would not recommend.
