We love this bed!! It was fairly easy to put together but did take us 2 hours. We are not too good at building things so probably will take others much less time :) This is very sturdy and a quality piece. It looks very nice. Theres not a lot of room under it, but could fit a small slim storage container but not a suitcase underneath. I wasnt looking for this so it does not bother me but some people like this. We love it!
Ive bought beds on before, and they were okay. Metal, lightly easy to put together, not super sturdy but does the trick. So my expectations were pretty down there, as long as it lifted the bed off the floor I would have been happy.
BUT...
This bed is GORGEOUS! Was deeply surprised by the wood quality and color, it is absolutely gorgeous!
The assembly was beyond simple, very well thought out packaging for the hardware (they even provided extras! and tools!), and the instructions were simple, clear and concise.
Once put together, it was so sturdy! We moved the bed around with ease, no warping or cracking or swaying or worry.
There is enough room for under the bed storage, but not so high up that it is an effort to get up.
Last but not least, they included the cutest BEST smelling candle! It was the most lovely surprise while unwrapping the bed pieces! They really nailed it on all the small details.
I am sincerely in love with this bed. I am going to recommend this bed to literally everyone I come into contact with!!!
I did a lot of reviewing before purchasing a bed frame because I was nervous buying one from . This bed frame is real wood I believe so it was very heavy. But also very sturdy. Very easy for my husband to assemble. Came with tools and my husband even kept them because he found them handy. I have not seen any chips, or defective parts. Holds up well for... adult activities lol.
I bought this bed for my mom, and assembled most of it myself. Its a bit tricky, as you must leave slack in each of the attachments or the bed will become skewed. Then you need to ensure the frame is as flat as possible and tighten, using non-sequential attachments (not the one beside the one you just tightened - go to the one furthest away to tighten next). The center piece of the frame, which has steel legs, is noticeably higher than the rest of the frame, for no reason I could tell. We ended up putting slider feet on the outer legs, which elevated them enough to almost match the center piece. Bed did not wobble once we had the mattress on it. Looks great, and Moms very happy.
The quality of the bed is very good and it shows in the weight of the product and also how its packaged. There was no damage when it arrived and it arrived ahead of schedule.
The instructions are very clear and straightforward so it took me less than two hours to assemble the bed myself.
Overall I am very happy with the purchase.
The bed came with minor imperfections likely due to poor handling during shipping. There was some parts that could have been sanded better, but they do not show on the outside of the bed. Overall, it was totally worth the money! The frame is beautiful and extremely sturdy. It didnt take me long to put it all together. A great addition to any bedroom!
