Love the look of this bunk bed and really like having my toddler close to the floor on the bottom bunk. It was really easy to assemble by my self in an afternoon. This was the highest weight rating that I found for low bunks at 400 lbs per bunk where many others were 200 lb limit. The only reason this is a 4 star rating instead of 5 star is because of the spacing of the support slats. They are too far apart in my opinion. So, I decided to put both sets on the top bunk and buy another set of supports for the bottom. I went with these: Worked like a charm. Now both beds feel extra sturdy and you cant feel the slats through a foam mattress. Very happy with this product.
Firstly the box was in excellent shape. Second, all the parts were in fantastic shape and the parts were well packaged. Instructions were pretty easy. My husband put it together quickly with a little help from me and it was very sturdy and stable. Gotta say I was pretty impressed. I think my grandkids are gonna love it!
First, we are very pleased with this bed. Our child loves having the option of top or bottom.
Assembly can be frustrating. Some steps required two people.
The primary lateral supports for the top and bottom look very similar. There is about a 1 inch difference in their height. Make sure the support with more depth goes onto the top bunk!
1. Layout everything from the box by their number. Take the time to do this.
2. Spread out the hardware on a light colored cloth. I grouped them into a 4 count since more steps required that many.
3. Assembling the ends, pay attention to which side those little screws are drilled on.
4. Lateral supports; ensure the top and bottom are correct. You can easily verify this by (part K?) fully seats. Its the part on the top bunk where the side boards terminate.

Very sturdy!
It took a little while to assemble, because I was working on it by myself. But was super easy to put together. Im impressed by how well made it is.
Great price, dents easily
The price is aming if you dont mind the soft wood that dents very very easily. For the price, its a good buy.
