    AWESOME

I did a ton of research before splurging on an adjustable bed base before going with 4i. Im using it with a Bear Hybrid, which is a 14 spring/memory foam mattress -- a bit thicker stiffer than most mattresses. The bed stays put and we adjust the daily. We also have a King Frame around the bed for looks, we just removed the horizontal support beams -- it fits! Things I like: -The pre-loaded settings (Lounge/Zero Gravity/Flat) are great -The under-the-bed light is nice to have if you sleep in a dark room -The king bed has 7 legs. Some of the other adjustable bases I looked at have 4 legs and have reports of shaking when getting in/out and... you know... other things. This is the main reason I chose this over the other models. Things I dont like -The massage setting is like an old-school vibrating mattress. Its near useless. You can save the money and go with the lesser model. -You need help to move this MASSIVELY HEAVY BOX upstairs, but that lends to its value of being sturdy. Im a fit 30yo and I could not move this on my own, and barely was able to carry it upstairs with my just as fit brother. Overall though, ADJUSTABLE BEDS ARE AWESOME. Reading/phoning/laptoping is 1000000x better. I should have done this years ago.

I did the research...just buy an iDeal!!!

We bought a split king and are totally happy! I dont know where to start in praising iDeal for these marvelous bases! The company is first class in customer service...quick responses and patient with customer questions too! The bases...ahhhhh...the bases have been a blessing! Quiet motors, soothing massage, ability to sleep in any position your body craves...and we sleep all night! My doctor wanted me at 45 degrees for COPD and I kept sliding down my wedge pillow. But now I am comfortable all night because having the ability to also raise my legs keeps me in position all night! We like all the features too! The only thing that could be added is a gauge on the remote that tells where you are degree-wise but thats not a complaint, just a thought. Its kinda easy to guess anyway. If you do a lot of research I am sure that you will come to the same conclusion that I did...buy any adjusting base from iDeal and you wont be sorry in the least! Get the best of their line if you can afford it so you have the latest available technology but in any case, you will be happy!

    Pretty solid build

I had this bed frame for a few months, now. Its really solid and hasnt given any issues at all. I wish the remote was wireless but for the price, couldnt ask for much more.

    Good Quality things Ive learned

After 4 months, Im ready to write my review. I wanted to share about quality what Ive learned. For the record, I researched for MONTHS waiting for my car accident settlement to come in. The quality of this is pretty good. The only reason that I took off a star is that the legs suck, especially if you have hard floors or ever have sex. Honestly, though, I bought this model because it could be used on a platform anyway. The motors themselves are great. I have a Purple mattress and they are HEAVY! That gel-like grid is way way heavier than foam. Whether its just me, with my boyfriend, or 80 lbs dog... or all of the above, theres no struggle. It was a bit noisy when it was on the legs, but once it was on a solid pine frame, it really wasnt an issue. Ok, so now, what Ive learned: I rarely use the massage. If you have blood flow issues, its nice, but it really doesnt do much for my back. I dont know if my Purple mattress moves more than a regular foam mattress, but it probably does. It does relax my muscles a bit though. Honestly, I could live without it. Though, there is 1 feature that I would have paid more for that lumbar support. Though, models with that have every feature possible, thus cost a lot more, I would have spent more for it. Alexa control would be nice, too, but thats a luxury. Lastly, never try moving this with 1 person, youre asking to break it. Theres no way to protect the motors and lifts if it falls at a bad angle. Personally, after knowing what features would be best for me, Id buy a different model, but I still like this model, especially for the price. Everyones needs are different, so I just wanted to pass along what works in my situation. My parents have the same one love it, though, they wish it had 2 remotes so they could both adjust it.

    Great for recovery

Purchased for my 90 yr old grandpa after a spill out of his previous bed. He loves this paired with the memory foam mattress. I love that the remote is not wireless- makes it harder for my cousins kids to run off with it!

    Great buy

I love the base but when you adjust it it tends to wobble and move when you get in or on the bed. Overall great product!!

    Well made quality.

My son and I unboxed the (2) twin xl i4s today. Well made, heavy construction. Tested the remote features are nice even a flashlight built into the remote. So far we are very pleased well worth the price we paid.
