Pros:
- Assembly was pretty straight forward, and simple to do solo, but due to the weight Id recommend at least 2 people like the instructions state.
- The head and torso area are comfortable with a basic foam mattress.
- Very quiet motors
Cons:
- The feet part does not stay parallel with the floor, making the mattress hang off of the angle created by the foot portion of the adjuster. For my foam mattress, this resulted in an annoyingly bouncy foot part of the mattress
- The adjustment is pretty slow compared to other brands. Noticeably slow. But this is most likely the tradeoff for cost and noise.
- The required additional mounting brackets for the headboard are a pain to get, and expensive for what they are. You need to reach out to their customer service, because its not listed anywhere on their site or store. It is $50 through once they do send you the link to a partner seller who stocks it, or $30+$12ish s/h if you buy through them. I was very annoyed at the massive extra price for compatibility with a headboard that very obviously could have been included, or at least sold for much less.
Overall I feel like I got what I paid for. 3 Stars if I wasnt annoyed at the process and price of the headboard mounting accessories.
We love this bed and it defiantly as described, for the most part. However, only saying 4 stars because we bought a split king and the two frames do not stay together with just the straps that come with the bed, so its a constant struggle and definitely would not buy another one that has the same set up again. With that being said we definitely do not recommend getting a split bed.
Positives: Arrived on time and boxes not damaged. The bed was easy to assemble - about 30 minutes for both sides. Good height with all bed legs connected. Good appearance
Cons: Vibration could be stronger. USB ports on the side of the bed are worthless - not enough volts to charge the phone or iPad and hard to get to.
Recommendations for improvements: Motion detector for under bed lighting vs using the remote; double sided Velcro strips to affix the bed to the frame; sell a piece to put between the 2 beds to form one mattress vs two separate to keep remote or other things from falling in between the mattresses.
Dont try to use your regular mattress; I tried it for 2 nights then hurt for 4. (It adjusts beautifully though.) I need to buy a thick mattress. However this thing is built like a tank! Right now it is holding: my box spring, mattress, me, a 210lb Mastiff, a 165lb Saint Bernard my boyfriend! Do the math.. I mean WOW!
This adjustable frame is perfect! Quiet and sturdy. Super easy to set up. Literally unfold screw in legs attach cords then plug in. This saves us thousands. Local furniture stores charge over $1200 for their frames. Worked perfectly with frame we were already using. We added 6 risers to achieve the desired height Satisfied HAPPY customer
About the adjustable bed frames due to severe hip pain and back pain. They adjustable beds address a lot of the pain that I was seeking to get rid of. Easy to assemble and put in action.
Really easy to put together. The lounge feature is great to relax in. The snore feature has helped my husbands snoring. The massage features are not really a massage, it just vibrates the bed. So we dont use it.
I feel so foncy on one of these!
So, I got the wrong size and, having to lug this thing up 4 flights of stairs and set this up all on my own (which the company apparently advises against, and for good reason just for the weight), Im not looking forward to exchanging it, so Ill just keep the extra frame space as a bed desk.
Folly aside, my old mattress seemed to be perfect on the frame, as it feels more comfortable than ever. The bed has an attached remote that raises the head area, feet area, or both. I had a memory foam mattress, so results may vary if yours is not memory foam.
Anyway, I cant find much to complain about. At 230 lb Im not exactly reaching the limit of the advertised 650lb,but of course Im not exactly light either. Ill have to see how it holds up with more weight over the weekend. But overall this was a wonderful convenience idea for really cheap. This could make a great gift.
We bought the queen base in November 2018 and its been great. The wired remote just started acting up so I called customer support and fortunately it was covered under the five year warranty. They shipped a replacement remote and we had it in three days at no charge. Very pleased!
The bed frame is okay, but the legs do not stay straight. The bed is never moved and I am afraid the legs will break off anyway.
The legs of the frame need to be sturdier. Especially considering the price of the bed frame!

The Split king constantly shifts with just the straps you get with the bed.

Need better leg support on bed frame
