Good for the money, but I have had a problem with the head of the continuely losing the position... IE: You put the head up to read, and within 3-5mins. You are back down flat... very annoying...
Unfortunately, the head motor has stopped working after 5 months. Customer service has been easy to work with but I now need to wait for a new motor to be shipped to me then I need to schedule a technician to come to install the part. It may likely be a week to 10 days to repair. While it could be worse, unfortunately, the frame stuck in an elevated position.
Of note also: The remote doesnt lite up until a button is pushed so you have to feel around for the button you want. If you guess wrong, youll be going up when you wanted to go down and vice versa.
I Liked it for the first 8 months. Then one night I noticed this horrible electrical burning smell coming from the USB port which obviously overheated and fried. Luckily I was home and able to unplug the entire bed before a fire started. Needless to say, I havent been able to use the bed for the reasons I purchased it. Total waste.

I had a Tempur-Pedic base and the slide frame cross members busted at the joints.
I really only wanted a head up version and none of the local stores offered one in stock and they wanted $800 minimum for a head up/foot up combo.
This saved us a bunch of money and was shipped extremely fast. truck delivery service showed up right at the expected time.
My only complaint is that I wish they used a double motor for the head lift or made the lift part a little stiffer. With only one small center shaft holding the head up it wobbles a little bit in the up position when two people are laying down and one moves around. The Tempur Pedic didnt do that BUT the Tempur-Pedic cost $1000 more.
Purchased two of these to make a split king. Used zip ties to keep the beds together, purchased rug pads to keep the mattresses from sliding all over the place. The remote is very basic. I would not purchase again.
Even more than the obvious comfort is the ease of making the bed. You can raise up one end then the other to easily put on the fixed sheet. You can also raise the whole bed to finish making it with minimal bending. I wish I had the bed years ago for that feature ozone. The 4 rating is because the lighting on the remote does not seem to work.
Love the quality and heavy duty manufacturing in this adjustable base. It came with a massage feature , but I didnt think Id use. Turns out...I love it!
