Expected. This is a great value. For the price you pay it is worth it, easy to assemble, the messaging is nice and the heat is an added bonus for ti.es you have over worked your body. The fact that is has timer is great because I have fallen asleep in the chair because it relaxed me that much.

I love it space saver I am back to buy another one. this massage chaise is AMING, specially after working iut and coming home from work. Great for relaxing while watching tv and kids enjoy it as well. Our puppies jump on it as well and they fall asleep while getting a massage.
Easy directions. The seat looks exactly like photo I gave sturdiness a lower score because it tips easy backwards make sure you do not sit too high in chair. Vibrates and heats well. We have only had it a few days though.

It is not powerful enough with the massage
Struggle. Very easy to assemble. Comfort.sturdiness it just do not give enough power on the massage it feel very light the heat part is working good

Not what I expected, after I assembled it I found a couple spots on the fabric was different color so overall cheap material.

Enjoying it but awkward assemble
Nice! Have a second person to assemble the two sections of the lounge. Its a bit awkward alone. But otherwise an easy assemble
