A little bit of a learning curve to get it into the different reclining positions. The pillow is the only vibrating part of the chair and it has a USB plug. It does not plug into the chair. The pillow is not attached to the chair, which is nice bonus feature. Chair is quite compact when folded up, as it fits under my desk It could use more padding, but since they have the cover attached via zippers it shouldnt be too difficult to add padding to it. very stable.
This couch is perfect for smaller adults and children. I would give it a five star except for it seemed bigger online.

Product is Ok for the price. I would recommend to my friends even tho I had to have my massage pillow replaced but it did come back sooner then expected!!! The sellers was awesome once they were notified my problem and handle it well!!!
Basic. This was a very comfortable chair and I enjoyed using it while I had it. Unfortunately for the chair didnt last very long. Its hard to say what caused the locking mechanisms to break, maybe it was build quality, or it isnt meant for heavier individuals. Customer service was great though.
Too many parts. Assembly is a pain. The zipper has separated from the pillow; therefore, when chair is extended all the way flat, it is not connected. Zipper does not hold.
I wanted to send back but my son needed a chair to use in the living room. It works ok but since it sits right on the ground it is hard to get up and down in/out of it. It can be particular at times when adjusting. You have to fold down and back up every time to adjust and sometimes a couple of times to get it right. Wish I had sent it back Simple to put together.

Week 4: rods that go between the arms are now in a position where you feel them when laying down.
Its been 32 days. Im going to try to exchange or refund. Ill follow up to let you know how the seller handles the situation.
You need alot of patience to build this! Im about 55 and my feet hang off the chair, it is not comfortable to sit on or sleep on for adults. Could work for small child or teen, but still would be uncomfortable for them as well.

Nice chair but nothing special
