I must say this is the absolute BEST shower head I have ever had. Thank goodness we decided to go with this one during our new build. Its like having our own personal spa in our new house. We love it. Hubby loves the wand and I love the rain shower!!!
I did my research when looking to purchase a shower stall kit for a new tiled shower we just installed. This product by farrrr exceeded our expectations. It is so well built and the packaging was so professional it could of protected a Faberge egg! Its easy to install, comes with everything you need, protective covers, and heavy, not light and cheap AT ALL. We will definitely purchase again for our future projects.
Our initial review of this product was good, however, after just 3 months in use, the side popped open and water gushed out. (See attached photo) I realize that we have missed our return date, but wanted you to know our dissatisfaction with this flawed product. A replacement or refund would be appreciated. Thank yoy.
I’ve never installed a shower system before but this shower is awesome, it was easy to install and looks amazing, I have poor water pressure at my house but this shower system has boosted my pressure and I can take a shower like a normal human being now. Highly recommend it.
Everything about this system demonstrated quality. However, I have only used it a couple of months. Very solid, well machined, well designed, leak free on installation, plumber said it was very easy, very nice shower head, I love that it is on swivel, easy switching between wand and head, excellent flow rate.
