Very happy to have found this petite bunkbed option for my visiting grandkids, who are all under 12. Needed a smaller footprint due to space (changing up my bedroom office so the beds needed fit with my L/shaped desk in same room). Was pleasantly surprised at how easy to follow the directions were, and I was able to assemble the beds myself at 60+. Having said that, I had to use a prop when assembling the sides / the metal frame is heavy and I had no one to hold up the other end when inserting the screws on the first end, so propped up the end of the sides on the other end until I could get screws installed in all four corners. Once past that, the rest was just step by step, a bit tedious because there are many small parts, but again, all was clearly marked, so just read through once, then take you time. Be sure to position the poles, sides and rails exactly as shown in the instructions, or you will get it wrong (happened to me). Once I learned to check carefully as I went, all went smoothly. Another plus is that extra parts are supplied (I ended up needing one). Other reviews comment on the small size, but for my needs, this was perfect, and the shorter height will easily accommodate us tucking them in at night (for older kids I would probably recommend larger, taller bunk beds). Showed the grandkids a picture and they are now very excited and will have to flip a coin for who goes on top first! Highly recommend
The stats were a little tricky, but it was overall very easy once you got the hang of it. Be careful when putting in the plastic clip thingys over the slats (the ones that are supposed to keep them from moving) I probably broke 6 or 7 of them trying to pop them in it is the best product.
There isnt much room for the person on the bottom bunk, but if you are using this for little kids it would be aming.
However, for teens, its not really going to work, unless they short short. My middle kid is 52, weighs around 80/86 pounds and asked if this was a toddlers bunk bed. She can lay down on the bottom, but cannot sit up or really do anything. The youngest is 53 and 90 lbs and he wouldnt even attempt to try the bottom bunk. He eventually asked if the bottom was for the dog.
With all that being said, it wasnt hard to put together, everything went smoothly. We have some dents and some broken pieces, but the broken ones had backups so it worked out. Ill call the number that comes with the instructions to see about getting that part replaced. It wasnt packed like that, the box was partially shredded, but only box was. It is light weight, but the instructions say 200 lbs for the top and 250 lbs for the bottom. Despite it being tiny, we will keep it as they need a bed and its already put together. Beds are made for sleeping . Maybe they will come out or their room more often now. I should have measured better, but we like it and it was a great deal! No complaints, really happy
I looked at 100s of bunk beds and I saw mostly good reviews on this one. Plus you can not beat the price. It is alot smaller then I expected but them again I did not read the measurements. Overall perfect bed for my 7yo on top and 10 yo on bottom. simple yet awesome design
I had a bit of anxiety seeing how many pieces there were but if you follow the directions step by step, its super easy to put together. And its a lot sturdier than was originally expecting! Extremely happy with the purchase. cant praise it enough!

Fits a small space with low ceiling.
Easy assembly with letters on parts and step by step directions. Disliked plastic parts that easy pop off and break. Pretty comfy for the price
Perfect for visiting grandkids / excellent instructions
