I did have some parts damaged during shipping, so I have submitted a claim on the and website for replacement parts. Some things to note - I did not realize if these twins were set up as 2 twins, one of the beds would be mini - the top bunk is much smaller. I had planned to buy 8 inch mattresses - in real life, the distances from bottom to top bunk and from top bunk to railing seem much smaller. I decided on a 6 inch mattress instead. I like that these bunks are low profile. I will update my review if I dont receive the replacement parts or if it seems less sturdy once my mattresses have arrived, but as of now, I am happy with my purchase.
received with good condition... thanks seller... good job I just want to start out by saying i really thought this was gonna be a cheapie bed, but it has way exceeded my expectations. it was super easy to assemble with two people. the slats actually drill into the frame and it has a metal support bar in the middle. i bought this for my son 8 year old son and i feel like its perfect for a childs room. im not sure how great it would be for a large/heavy adult, maybe if it was just one adult. it did not ship until the day before it was suppose to get here, but i was truly surprised when it came on time.

I especially appreciate that the bolts that show outward are the same color as the bed so theyre not noticable. It also has a metal supporting beam running down the middle of the bed so the wooden slats have more support. Its a great bed, Im so excited to surprise my son with for his room refresh!
This is a great piece. Bought it for the basement family room and it fits perfectly down there. I put this together mostly by myself with only a little help from hubby for brute strength and stacking the beds. My kids love it. Memory foam mattresses so no jumping. But they love it! Wonderful price point! We have the twin over full in grey.
Easy to put together, comfy and just as easy to disassemble when moving I never write reviews but wanted to take a sec to say this beef is definitely worth the purchase. A little trouble putting headboard together initially, but overall it took 45 minutes to assemble. If I can do it anyone can do it. Instructions were really easy to understand.
Very easy to assemble, my son and I love it! Fits perfect in our little room! Some of the pieces started falling apart during assembly, but once I got the bed together it was pretty cute. Assembly took 3 hours by myself.

Perfect for a small apartment space. Love this bed for my 2 year old! We put it together in about an hour. So easy to assemble. Fits nicely in a smaller bedroom. I love that under the bed has a decent amount of space. We can store lots of tubs underneath, and my daughter loves how easy it is to hide under the bed during hide and seek. Added bonus that when your kid drops their toy under the bed, I can easily get the toy myself! I will order a second one for my other daughter when she is ready for a twin bed.
Customer support from this company was exceptional. My daughters love the beds! The instructions were great. Oh complain wish the screws were labeled so I didnt have to figure which was which!
The customer service is amazing and they have great products I recommend their products 1000% really check them out !!!! This is a nice trundle. I bought this with the intentions of it being used for a child and it works perfectly for that purpose. The wheels are small, but it rolls nicely. I have it on carpet, and when I pull it out it rolls over the edge of a rug without any problems. It was a one person job and easy to assemble.
I did have 2 problems that could have been prevented. The first was that the ladder on the bed ran into the trundle. I ended up sawing off the bottom step to get the trundle to fit.
The other problem is that I had ordered a 9 inch tall foam mattress, which was too tall to roll under the bed.
