Im a writer so I spend HOURS in front of my computer and need lower back support. I wanted something that felt as supportive as a gaming chair but looked like it came from Room and Board. This chair did the trick! Took about 20 min to assemble but I had a hard time getting the wheels in. Easy setup and sturdy!
I cant fit my bottom all the way back in the chair! It doesnt support your upper legs in the seat because the seat is very shallow. It looks nice and the assembly was okay but its not very comfortable. Also, the seat doesnt have enough cushion to be comfortable. When you sit on it, your seat cant go all the way into the chair because the seat of the chair is narrow and shallow. The only reason why i didnt return this chair is because its past the return time. This chair is very uncomfortable. The only positive thing i can say is that it looks attractive and it tilts.
If youre more interested in comfort order something else, this chair is uncomfortable.
Looks so so good and I did get it in a timely fashion. But It is only somewhat comfortable. Im small in both height and weight/ so I think its worth mentioning that I did need to buy a pouff to reach the floor and the seat is already getting flatter/less comfortable in the short period of time Ive been using the chair.
This arrived and looks fantastic. It is easy to put together and all the parts feel like high quality.
There is a stiff support bar right at the low back and im not sure if I like it or not.
The arms are a bit shorter than I thought they would be in the photos. Love this product. No issues.
Loved this chair! The assembly was pretty easy, you might need a second person to lift the chair while you place it on the base if you are not blessed with too much upper body strength like me but the rest was easy to assemble. Its super comfy with lumbar support. You can adjust height of the seat. You can also adjust the stiffness of the back of the chair. You can make it less stiff and it will allow you to recline like the girl in the picture for the product. Theres a big wheel on the bottom of the seat that adjust this, it took me a minute to figure that part out. Overall it was worth the price in my opinion.
This chair is super nice! Its way more comfortable compare to my old office chair. The only thing is that there were a few holes and damages to the chair. For assembling the chair, the hardest part was putting together the wheels. Its doable, but it will take a bit to get them to pop in. Overall, I love the chair, but 3 stars because of the damage.
Update: The company sent replacement hardware about one week after delivery. The chair was very easy to assemble and is extremely comfortable. The leather is very soft so Im not sure how durable it will be with regular wear and tear. Wheels around smoothly and lumbar ergonomics are great.
The quality of the chair looks great, but the packaging from the company arrived in shambles. I am missing all of the screws, washers, bolts and wrenches that were supposed to be supplied. Ive called, emailed, and filled out forms to get to just send me these parts and I havent heard from them. Hoping to get these parts and will update my review accordingly if I can ever assemble this chair. Best deal for a very nice

Chair Seat is Shallow Uncomfortable

Quality chair with lumbar support

Good, But Not Great. Needs More Cushion!
Leather and color is very nice. The quality of the product shows. Not a lot of cushion, especially in the seat.
Hand rests too low
The hand rests are way too low causing the chair to be pretty uncomfy.
