DO NOT BUY. The bed frame broke in less than two months after being used only a few times. It’s is garbage and no good. Contacted seller and they refused to help in anyway. Absolutely terrible quality item and now I’m out $400 because they won’t fix my item or give me a refund.
This ottoman/bed is perfect! Was purchased for my daughter’s bedroom and it has been great when she has a friend sleep over! Much better than pulling out the air mattress. It goes from ottoman to chair to bed in a matter of seconds! Super easy to use and no assembly required. Came in box in the ottoman shape and all you need to do is lift middle and pull out two sides very similar to sleeper couch. Also very comfortable and extremely sturdy!
I was skeptical about buying something this large off but I think it’s exactly what it’s described to be. Seems sturdy, good durable fabric, easy to use and seems like it will be tolerable to sleep on. I wouldn’t wanna sleep on it more than one night though. Seems too stiff but maybe it’ll soften up. Also, some reviews say a full size sheet will fit on the large but I got the large and it’s definitely looking more like a twin. Which is all I need for one night kind of guests. Overall I love that it’s an ottoman and is functional without taking up too much space. Pretty neat to have a fold out bed as an ottoman that nobody would even know it’s a bed u less I told them. I’ll try to update this review after my mother sleeps on it next week.

First off, let me just say that I originally planned on buying one of IKEAs chair beds (I believe its called Vallentuna) at the elaborate price of $600 dollars and the price tag was turning me off, but I was willing to do it. Im SO GLAD I didnt. One night before purchasing it, I started searching for other alternatives, not really thinking Id find anything. To my amazement I stumbled upon this baby. I was skeptical, but I knew if I truly didnt like it, I would be willing to return it so I took a shot. It came rather quickly, no cost of shipping, and in ONE box. I opened the box and slid this big guy out. Its a very solid piece and I wasnt sure the ottoman I was looking at was going to fold out to a complete bed, but boy was I wrong. The headrest is a little tricky. I was worried, at first, that I was pushing it beyond its limit and I was going to damage it trying to get it to go back down, but when I hit the final click everything just came into place. When you bring the middle portion down, to complete the bed, you have to go slow so you dont pull or pinch the material on one of the sides. This isnt difficult, just a suggestion. This chair bed is everything I wanted it to be. Its HUGE, its comfortable, and its able to be positioned into so many ways that youll never get bored. I lay a blanket on top of it before I decide to sleep on it and the added blanket is enough cushion for me, but others might not think so. If your bigger in body or like a softer bed, Id suggest investing in a pillow topper so you can place that on top of your chair bed and feel plenty soft. If you purchase this chair bed AND a pillow topper, youre still playing LESS than what I wouldve paid if I had gone the IKEA way. I am COMPLETELY satisfied with this product and I really do recommend it to everyone.
Way more comfortable than a cot because there are no fold out seams. It’s very sturdy and a good value for the money. I did find that I needed an an inexpensive mattress topper to make it more comfortable.
This product works very well for me. It is a little hard but I put a comforter folded over a few times on it before I lay down. I probably will look into getting a small gel foam mattress to put on top of it.
The sturdiness is a plus for me. I weigh over 300 pounds and have mobility issues due to chronic back and knee pain. The sturdiness makes it easy for me to lean on to help me get up.
It supports my weight quite well and is very convenient because it doesn’t take up much space.
I’m not really good or have the patience to put things together so I like the fact that this came fully assembled. I’ve only had it for about a week but I’m loving it!
I bought two chairs to put in my office as a guest bed. I don’t care for the chair position, but the ottoman works with the two king pillow as it looks like a mini sofa. When pushed together as a bed, it’s about as wide as a king size bed. King sheets fit well. I would suggest a mattress topper. They are very firm. The topper helps. I slept on them two nights and was pretty comfortable. It’s a great alternative to a rollaway or a pull it sleeper sofa.
I have recently reconfigure my Chevy ASTRO van turned it in to a real camper l added shore power and batteries with a inverter replaced the captain chair with the amazing sofa bed very comfortable if you are looking for a piece of furniture that can be just a box or a chair or a recliner and naturally a bed it saves space and money I would like to say its perfect
So far so good. Set up was as simple as opening the box. We got two to put in the bunkhouse of our remodeled rv. They fold out easily and make a great little sofa too. Not the comfiest for sleeping but I anticipated that might be the case and ordered a feather bed to lay on top of it at bedtime. With the feather bed it is quite comfy. The fabric is decent quality and I am overall pleased. I’m reducing my review by one star because the box that one of the ottomans came in was severely damaged and open. We thought the ottoman was most likely damaged as well but there was only a little scuff mark and that was on the side where no one will see it. I will update in several months after regular use.
