All parts came and easy to assemble. This is much more sturdy than one we bought through a different vendor. Only suggestion would be to include a couple of extras (bungees/legs) in the event it were needed.
Its missing cords which is agitating because we didnt realize until we were almost done / for 139 you would think this was packaged better
update: the company immediately reached out and shipped cords / theres an issue with packaging they are addressing, so before putting together, make sure to have all contents so youre not frustrated as I were lol I was almost done putting it together before realizing I was missing some and lost it lol however the company quickly reached out and mailed out cords for free!
Ok, so putting this sucker together was a workout for my weak shoulders and hands, and I had to take a break before I was done. Its not impossible, but it may be challenging for some. I only screamed one obscenity.
Its not noisy, and Ive used it with and without shoes. So far so good.
Also, the company reached out to me and supplied me with bungees when I was missing some in my original package. Excellent customer service.
This is a fun product to challenge myself on and increase lymph flow while youre at it.

Very good trampoline! My husband And daughter put it together for us , the whole family uses it / including my 6ft plus husband. Very strong , a good buy .
We live in an apartment on the second floor and the neighbors below have never complained. Very quiet. Requires some strength to assemble, but everything was included and once set up, very happy with the product.
