It was a bit difficult to assemble but doable. It is super sturdy and has a really nice bounce to it!!! I jumped for 30 minutes yesterday and 25 today and itsa fun way to work out. I definitely feel it in my while body pretty much. I would definitely recommend this
I like the 40 trampoline. I am 70 years old and this is exactly what I needed to help keep in shape. I have tried to find an adjustable handlebar for balance while using it, but have not been successful. Where can I purchase one? Thank you, Eric
Bought this to give me some additional exercise while indoors and both my kiddos love it too. It does take some strength to attach the cords. I found that sitting on the center of the mat and pulling the cords to attach was easier than their directions. So far loving it.
Im weaker than I thought, lol! My dear son (a young adult) did most of it. Follow the directions and its much easier. Those cords are heavy duty.

Its not that the assembly is confusing or hard, its just a workout dealing with the bunjees. I recommend getting some help. And planning on having a bit of a sore back the next day lol (like the one I have right now!). Its a very sturdy and nice product. What you see is what you get. And Im excited to bounce on it for about 10 minutes every morning to get my day started! It seems like it will hold up well, and is pretty quiet too.
Product arrived early, assembly difficult but achievable. Heavy duty construction. I have had it less than a week but it has been solid and a blast to use.
I ordered this product so I can add jumping to my routine. The product arrived fast enough and the assembly began I am pretty strong woman and I started on my own, almost half way I gave up as it was a very strenuous thing to do. I followed the video instructions and paper instructions in the box. These bungees pretty tough to stretch and connect. The rest was done by my husband. Now to the legs: what appears to be simple, was not really that simple and I had an idea: to add lubricant for the meta. I sprayed inside of each leg and guess what: screwing part was a joy! I strongly suggest doing this. In old good days the metal parts used to come already pre/lubricated but these days everything has a shortcut to save a buck I guess. Hence we humans must be innovative. Overall it took approximately 40/45 minutes. The jumping is fun. I will add another review after testing it for few months.
Thankfully, I have a strong young man who took over for my husband. As stated in many reviews, it is very difficult to assemble. However, I love this product. I have it in the middle of my kitchen so I cant forget about it (like my treadmill which is better served as a coat rack!). It is well made and holds up to numerous family members who have used it for COVID stress/relief jumping and me for conditioning.

Easy assembly
Really wasnt hard to put together. Even the cords using the tool provided were not hard to put on. Very satisfied!
