It is ok. I must of under estimated the width of my sons twin size mattress. Clearly I need a guard rail for the guard rail. They do state the recommended size, I just didnt think ours could be so far off. The mattress in the ad picture is teeny lol! So the width just something to keep in mind.
I assembled myself, 40yo female, took about 2 hours taking my time. Not difficult, kinda tedious.
I feel like there could be more support under the bottom bed.
Worth it overall. I like the look and my son is happy with it.
Nice size. Assembly was tough. The directions do not specify which side is out nearly enough. My husband had to take pieces off and switch them around multiple times. He was VERY frustrated, but he got it done. It was missing a few of the black pieces that secure the platform rails, but it doesnt seem to matter. The rails are a little lightweight for my taste, but we have slept with over 350 lbs on the bottom full once, and it doesnt seem to be any worse for the wear. Usually its just my little boys, so its great for them. Overall, its a good buy and it looks nice.
Overpriced a bit. Super easy to put together especially if youre a visual learner. It was tedious BUT fairly easy to put together! Definitely recommend!
Go for it! So this came as 1 big heavy box that got left in our walk way,not to the door as typical. It took about 2 hours to be put together. My grandsons are 7 and 4 so they end up wanting to sleep on the bottom bunk. They have already had sleepovers and the bunk has worked great. It squeaks but not badly. We had bought a trundle bed .A question to the company directly asked if a trundle bed could be used. The companies answer was yes. There is a bar under the bed that is bracing to increase support. That bar does not however allow a trundle bed to slide under it.We had to return the trundle which was a pain.I guess I prefer that the bed was stronger.
Enough strength. The bunk bed is very compact and space saving. We love that. My only concern is how strong it may or may not be. We have two girls sleeping on it, 6 and 11. We opted to put the 11 yr old on bottom due to the wobble of the bed when she would climb on top. I believe its rated to 180lbs and she 90lbs. I think it would be okay but I feel better with her on bottom. I would recommend this bed for little kids but thats it.
Very good. I purchased the green twin over full I love it! Its a little squeaky on the bottom bunk but that really doesnt bother me. Overall I thought the price was reasonable, about 230, 5/2022.

Sturdy (cons)
Not all material shipped. It was not as sturdy as I hope for. The bed shake when my boy toddler move in bed (top level)
Follow the steps to a T and TAKE YOUR TIME!!

Great value but be mindful of weight of sleepers
