Sturdy and amazing for the cost! I am very happy with the quality of this bed for the price! It is solid wood and the drawers came already assembled which was really nice. It went together super easy and is very sturdy and solid. I highly recommend!
Amazing, really love it Got this for my cali king and put it together pretty fast. Its super simple to put together, and the directions are very clear. The individual pieces seem light but when all put together feels sturdy. No wobbles or creaks. This probably deserves 5 stars but the only reason I didnt give it that is because the holes in the slats dont really line up with holes on the side frame pieces. Not a big deal even if you feel that you absolutely must screw the slats down. So Ill just say 4.5 stars. Thumbs up though for sure!
Its small but so cute and comfy! This is a great solid bed and its good looking. Its not a beautiful statement bed but it doesnt look cheap and it has a nice clean look. Its a little lower than regular bed but I love the height. The assembly was quite easy especially because the drawers come pre-assembled.
The only negatives I see is that the new bed smell lingers for a while. After 4 days, I still smell it faintly. Also, they could have made the drawers bigger especially for the king size but its an okay size.
I have a tempur-pedic mattress and the slats are about 3 wide and I ended up getting a 5mm ply wood board from Lowes for $35 or so. Lowes cut it to my measurement, which saved lots of work.
Would buy again and truly recommend! This bed is very well made, and yes its real wood. Assembly is fairly easy, but its definitely a 2 man job and youre going to want to assemble it where you intend to use it because its very heavy. Unlike other reviewers, I have no issues with the drawers. They feel just as solid as the rest of the frame. Each drawer will fit about 2 sets of sheets. Take note: the bed comes in four boxes. When mine was delivered, I got 2 boxes one day, and 2 boxes the next day, so dont start putting it together until you have all 4 boxes.
