Assembly was pretty easy but not as easy as some reviews would have you believe. ( it took me about 50 minutes)
I got this bed because I wanted to use it with a trundle and I was glad that the trundle fit (with a thin mattress)
The only small complaint I have is that its pretty low but that makes it great for kids so it does not bother me.
Would definitely buy again.
Follow the instructions closely, in particular identifying the parts, so you dont have to take something apart. I think it reasonably takes two people to assemble one of these. Two of us assembled two beds.
Overall it wasnt all that difficult to build. I thought the quality of the parts was exceptional. Everything fit perfectly. The end result is solid as can be.
