Update: I bought this chair about 6 months ago. I recently had a problem with it and contacted the company and they sent me a new one. They stand behind their product, so I definitely recommend it. The chair is beautiful and the fabric is so nice and soft. We love this chair.
I love this chair! It is really pretty and perfect for the small space I am using it in. I also want to stress how amazing the customer service is. They are quick to respond to inquiries and so kind and helpful. Great chair, great company!
Love this chair, but assembling it was very difficult due to the terrible job they did packaging it. It arrived on my doorstep in the evening and I brought it inside right away. I then realized that there was a gaping hole in the side. When I opened the package there were no instructions and the bolts and other hardware were scattered around inside the box like someone just threw them in on top of the chair. I ended up having to search my gravel driveway with a flashlight in the dark because half of the hardware had fallen out when it was delivered. Eventually I got it assembled, without any instructions to guide me. It fits nicely in my living room and is sturdy and easy to swivel. Love the chair, just wish it had been packaged better.
furniture was quick to resolve an issue ad went beyond what was expected and replaced the whole chair when just the leg was broken. I would definitely order again.

Good chair, poor packaging

These are so pretty! I used them in my studio and tho the seat cushion is stiff they are good. They swivel as well
