I’ve had this for alittle over 6 months and have loved it. It’s pretty sturdy for the price. Myself and my two kids (3 and 1) sleep on this and have had no issues at all. It is exactly as pictured, I’d say the headboard is just alittle thinner than what they make it look in the picture. Otherwise I am completely happy with it, and it looks very nice. The boards that hold the actual mattress are alittle thin, and it would be nice if those were sturdier looking, but for the price point everything is very nice and I have had no issues.
What I love about this bed is that it is extremley sturdy. I put a mattress in a box that was purchased from sams club on it and it is very nice and firm. The bed is plain. It seems smaller in real life than what the picture looks like as far as the head board. I was expecting a much bigger headboard. We are used to having a very high off the ground bed frame so this was a bit of a shock seeing it in our room now so low to the ground and not as much height to the head board and foot. Again, this is because we have been used to having a large wood bed for years and finally replaced it with this because the old one was old and broke underneath.
So as far as appearance, (height and looks) its gonna take some getting used to, As far as comfort and function It will be staying right were its at LOL. So, heres for an honest review. Love the function and feel, not so much the looks Even though the wood look and color its self is pretty its all about the lack of height and size for me.
