Good quality. They are very easy to assemble. You just pop the legs on. I dont find they hold dust which is a Huge Plus. They wipe down easily as well!! They are GREAT chairs .But they are hard as a rock! Its getting a little better as people sit on them but they still hard. Lol I have had mine for a little over a month now. I would recommend but its gonna be hard for a little bit.
