This is the most beautiful bed! It is the second one shipped to me. The first bed never arrived because it was so damaged in shipping that they sent it back before it got to me. No call or email to let me know. I was left waiting during the delivery time and nothing happened. I reordered and stayed on top of the shipper as soon as I placed the order again. This may have helped it arrive without damage. Still, this headboard box had footprints from being walked on and corners beat up. We checked out the insides with the delivery man still in the driveway. It was fine. Putting it together once we made an improvised drill bit out of the Allen wrench. We clipped that off and put it in the drill for all the screws to install faster. Everything went fast and all the parts were there. The mattress fits fine too. The dogs gave it their seal of approval! I love it!
