Got my treadmill a few weeks ago, after my son set it up we realized the dumbbells were missing and there was a small crack on one of the side rails. I got in touch with the sellers and they immediately shipped a replacement side rail and the dumbbells. Customer service was very pleasant and extremely helpful. Yay.
