We have had this bunk for about 6 months and I waited to post a review till we had time to see how the bunks hold up. At first it was great however today as I write this I am trying to decided what to do. The bed felt sturdy when being built but screws are falling out and the bed shakes. My biggest problem with the bunk bed is that the ladder is so difficult for a child with any weight to get up and down.
I read the reviews and put off assembling the trundle for over a week. I thought those plastic snaps that hold the bars in place would be a real pain. They must have changed the design of the snaps based on the reviews, as I had no problems whatsoever! Took me longer to get all the parts out of the packaging than it did to assemble it! Fit perfectly under my grandchildrens tube frame bunk bed. Buy it again.
My grandson loves his new bed! His room is really tiny and this provided space for a desk, etc that would not fit otherwise. My husband and daughter put it together with minor problems. Looks great, very sturdy. Best purchase yet!
The product appears to be a well built product. I however received a defective part. This took over two weeks for the replacement to arrive only to see that it was scuffed up.

This was by far the easiest\quickest setup Ive ever had. Parts (both frame\screws) are clearly labeled, instructions are very clear\simple to understand. Bed frame is durable\looks more expensive than product actually is. Definetely worth the investment. Couldnt be happier! Bless your hearts.
Bought this bed for my sons. The assembly wasnt too bad but the instructions could have been better. So far the bed seems pretty sturdy. As described and easy to set up.
perhaps a little rickety (if you are really trying to test its sturdiness) but easy to put together and perfect for converting a small guest room into more storage space.
words to the wise:
/pull out all of the parts and make sure theyre all there and make sure you keep the bolts separated into the right piles.
/whatever you do DONT tighten any nut or bolt until you have the whole thing put together. it may seem that its flimsy while you are putting it together but if you tighten anything it will sinch it up way on the other side and wont fit together and by the time youve gotten to the other side youll have no idea what happened. TRUST ME.
/there are probably going to be a bunch of extra bits. dont freak out about leftovers. Assembly is very easy.

Good for under 200pounds. The stairs hurt a lot to step on. I recommend duck tape and covering with quarters of pool noodles. Very wobbly. I like it.
