Overall the trampoline part is well made and works as it should. I am missing the hardware to put up the poles to hold the netting…. It took two weeks to get the wrong hardware….it’s week 3 and I’m still waiting for the correct hardware. The ladder needs to be revamped to make more beefy. My granddaughter slipped off one of the steps, hit her head and ended up with a mild concussion. We removed the ladder and built a sturdy platform out of wood to step on and off…. This works much better. I recommend rethinking the ladder..
This was a Christmas present and wont be assembled until the spring. The boxes arrived in good condition, all parts included, materials are well constructed, and I dont anticipate any issues.
The product is great quality. Assembly was as expected. We did run into a problem with a few of the parts and Pearl from came quickly to our rescue. She immediately Federal Expressed the new parts and we were able to continue assembly with ease. Works great! Excellent customer service! The kids love the trampoline!
It’s impossible to put the net up as once you put one leg up and go on to the next one they topple over not only that but it seems the manufacturer didn’t put holes in all the right places to actually put the net on I guess you could drill them in yourself but jeez this product is really cheap better off getting a trampoline at the store. It was also extremely hard to put the springs on even with the tool they gave
When we first got the product the one box was badly damaged at some point in transit so much there was a big hole in the box and some springs were missing. Contacted the seller before we put it together. We live in Western PA and weather right now is snowy, cold, rainy, or sometimes mild temps all in one week. So wasn’t sure exactly when we would start to put it together. Once we started we realized we were missing springs and the spring tool. We hadn’t got direction either. Contacted the seller and the spring are on their way! The trampoline so far looks awesome and the kids can’t wait to try.
Thank you for your quick responses and rectifying what was most likely damaged while in transit. It was the heavier of the two boxes that was damaged and it looked as though something else heavy slid across the box.

Love the trampoline. Did find that the basketball hoop broke inside of a few hours, but I contacted the vendor and they offered to replace it quickly!

My 13 yr old was able to put this whole trampoline together in one afternoon. Easy to assemble and when I had a problem the company responded quickly.
Almost a good product
Spent hours setting up the trampoline only to have the zipper, on the netting, break the moment it was finally done.

Love it, missing one piece to keep the net from sagging. hopefully they will send one. The Silent labors were awesome! Assembled quickly!
