The shipping company involved actually ripped a hole through the box AND my bed on the back of the frame, but its a minor tear and I dont blame the actual people that sent me the frame. Just thought I would put that warning out at least.
Overall this is a cool looking and easy to build bed. My queen size mattress fits perfectly on it and the way the frame leans on my desk sort of makes it feel like an office space, I dig it a lot. The only thing I will say is that in the instructions the black and white coloring sort of affects legibility; it took me a minute to really understand what was happening in the image but I did end up figuring it out sooner rather than later.
Easy to put together, comfy and just as easy to disassemble when moving Everything came inside the box, when its time to attach the A-B parts thats where it gets a bit tricky but other than that I love this bed frame, makes your bed look tall easy to move around, comes with extra parts too. Im impressed.

Overall the product is great, it is sturdy and will work for us, however, it is about 1 1/2 smaller on each side of the queen mattress. I dont think it is going to make much of a difference since it is a platform bed but it is technically just shy of a true Queen size. The instructions call it a Standard bedframe which made me think it wasnt going to work, but once we assembled it, and put the mattress on it, it is fine.
Customer service is great and responsive to our struggles. The instructions have not many words but mostly pictures - our advice is to make sure you assemble the legs on the headboard correctly as I had inadvertantly put them on the wrong way with the label facing the wall and the labels should be facing the footboard (inside). The cross frame would not match up until I turned that around and then it fit fine. They could improve the instructions to make that a bit clearer. Overall, it was fairly easy to put together and comes with everything you need. I think we will be happy with it in the long run, but it gave me a bit of panic thinking it was the wrong size.
Bed was fairly easy to set up, excellent communication from the seller. They reached out to me to make sure that there werent any issues. I would definitely recommend/buy again. The quality exceeds m expectations, very sturdy and pretty ! Item looks as described in pic, no box spring necessary
This is a very nice, easy to put together sectional for a small space It took me longer than normal to complete because I put the headboard support opposite and but once I realized my mistake it was easy to build!

Customer support from this company was exceptional. The platform bed was all contained in the zippered headboard. All hardware was included and there were no surprises putting it together. Instructions were quite clear and once all Allen bolts were secured, the bed frame is rock solid. We have a 15 inch mattress which leaves an ideal headboard reveal. We are quite pleased with the purchase.

Came in a long flat box. Easy instructions to put together. Took maybe 2 hours to put together. Nice and sturdy with good fabric and tufting!

Dark gray is a dark charcoal color almost black. Served our purpose.
