I am pretty disappointed in the product. I called a few months ago, and told them that one of the stitching came out, and that it was creaking very much. I was a few days passed warranty, and they didnt want to help. The couch is very sub average.
We really love , but this couch presented a few problems.
First, upon opening youll find a rather scary looking legal document that is the first thing they want you to read. The tldr is that if you continue opening the package you enter into a contract arbitration waiver with which is absurd. It caused me to look up and see the issues with glass fiber and several class action lawsuits.
Two, we own several pieces of furniture, ranging from to custom made. Cats are always an issue with furniture of course, but for whatever reason our cat absolutely loved this couch in a way I have never seen before. We set it up to test it and see how it felt, stepped away, and literally within just a few hours, the couch was frayed in several areas to the point of unseeminglyness. This means that I doubt well be able to return it at all.
If you have a cat: WATCH THIS LIKE A HAWK. Maybe your cat will pass over it. But if they dont this couch will not hold up one iota to your cat. It will tear apart in just a couple attempts at scratching.
I was alone and needed a couch that could fit my small door. The fact that this couch comes in small pieces and is very easy to assemble is great. Plus, it is confortable. I highly recommend this product Thank you so much.
The product is nice but the back came broken. I have contacted there customer service ,which the best way is through there customer service chat. They stated that their teir 2 custkmer service had to look at my claim ,but they have not contacted me after this. Not easy to put together.
The designers who created and packaged this product deserve a lot of credit. Its a good/looking couch. What I loved was the packaging and assembly. Almost everything fits into the underbelly of the seat and so there is no styrofoam and only one sheet of plastic and fabric (with four small cardboard supports). Genius!!! The couch has four parts plus two pillows plus four legs. Thats it! No screws, no tools, no lengthy instructions. It has to be the easiest couch in the world to put together. And, again, it looks good: mid/century modern. My one complaint is that the fabric also seems mid/century modern (i.e polyester), which means that its best to avoid contacting the couch with bare skin. Though its no problem in clothes, but it will give you rug burns if you rub it with your bare elbows. That said, I love this couch. Im writing this while I sit on it next to my Walker Hound, who also likes the couch. Good work ! Very functional.
I havent had this sofa enough time to review it, but it came with a stain. So far it looks very nice and sturdy, especially given the low price. Lets see how it goes in the coming months. Works great!
The couch looked really nice, but I am having to return it because it was literally impossible to assemble. The pieces didnt slide through how they were supposed to, I was dripping sweat hours later by the time we finally gave up on putting it together. I dont know what how the hell they made these couches but theyre hard af to put together.
I didnt dare expect much from thus affordable sofa but thought Id try it. I love it! Its way better that I hoped and I was able to inbox assemble it myself without help.
Im impressed recommend it. It had a wright limit (500 lbs) but that not an issue for me. At 76 inches its ideal for my small apartment. Very Sturdy product.

Easy to assemble
