The beds are quite squeaky and noisy with just one slight movement even when all of the pieces are tighten down. We have had them for just under a year and they are still holding up well. The paint has not chipped off the beds. They were easy to set up and did not take over a hour to put together. Good quality for the price. Might scream while assembling.
It is ok. I ordered this when I was sharing a room with my roomate, didnt know the guy so that was kind of awkward but the point is that is a good bunk bed. Its full over full for cheap. Often you will see on sites that they have like twin over queen or twin over twin, so this was nice for me being on top to be able to have my full sized bed. The downside is that its load as hell and big, its very annoying to get up and down and often I would just jump up and down because the stairs suck.

I dropped one star only because the bed does feel a bit rickety when climbing in the top bunk ( it sways). However, we fashioned a couple of braces against the walls and it works great for all of my nieces when they visit!
Overpriced a bit. The bed is very heavy and very sturdy, but he directions are horrible and it took quite a while to put together correctly . Other than the instructions very happy with my purchase
