The beds look good but the assembling is difficult.
1. The wooden dowels are not as per the measurements need to work hard to fit them into holes.
2. As shown in the picture the I am unable to mount the beds on each other as the hole underneath the bed is not drilled properly. It took a lot of effort for me to fix it.
Great bunk bed. Looks amazing and is pretty solid.
If you plan on assembling this item by yourself you will need to deviate from the instructions slightly, if you dont have help putting the top bunk on. Easy to assemble and use a power drill to save time. Also, dont tighten everything until the end. Youll know when to tighten and what to leave loose.
The Bed itself is a 10/10. Excellent Quality and very sturdy. However I almost called the company when I was checking the parts list. The Main rails that run down each side were tagged wrong and show incorrect hole locations. So I decided to just put together and drill my own Holes. Turns out those holes were never intended to be there. The Small braces when mounted create those holes on there own. The company is looking for problems if they dont correct that. Also make sure the parts are labeled with correct Letters. One more thing. The Pre-drilled holes were not cleaned out correctly and would not let the insert go in correctly. Make sure those holes are clear of wood shavings or the screws will not go in.
We have had it for around a month and the kids love it. That said, it has pretty severe weight restrictions on it. It also came with some dented pieces and some improperly finished pieces (rough like sand paper but stained). All in all it will do the job but it left me wishing we had purchased something made of a hard wood, like Oak, instead.
The bed arrived earlier than expected! Loved that its made of real wood, no particle boards! Plus the newly designed slats seem to be made more durable!

Absolutely love this bunk bed. Just make sure to buy bunkie boards if you arent using box springs.
