These stools look good. I was concerned about their strength. Wasnt sure if they would hold my husband, over 200lbs., but so far so good. They slip right under the bar and go well w/ my elclectic style.
The stools are good looking and well-proportioned. They were also very easy to assemble. The problem was with the screws and the glue. The glue was too watery and ran down the legs. The screws are too short and some did not catch. Bottom line is that even though the stools look sturdy, having put them together, I am nervous about their safety. Time will tell.
OMG I love these stools! They are exactly what I wanted, color and shape and everything! They are so functional, look good and dont take up much space because theyll fit right under the bar when youre not using them. The only problem I have is that there wasnt enough glue and that may be why theyre wobbly. One of these days Im going to buy some Gorilla Glue, unscrew them and see if I cant fix that.

We were looking for chairs that would take up less room than ones we previously owned that had backs to them. These chairs required a little time to assemble and the glue that arrives with them is difficult to use. You may want to have your own wood glue when you put them together. The chairs are sturdy and look fantastic in our hickory kitchen. Great purchase for the money and they tuck nicely under the island when not in use.
