The box was greatly damaged with rips and holes thankfully the chair was not. I added pockets from my old recliner and that works great. Manufacturer might think about adding more than just the remote pocket. Assembly is very easy.
Seems like a nice quality chair. The seat height is a little tall for someone with shorter legs, but it does come with a footrest. Well worth the purchase.
