I purchased this when I moved into my new place. It arrived on time in two boxes. Both boxes were packed well and all of the pieces arrived intact and were labeled to correspond with the instructions.
The instructions were mostly pictures with little to no text. But the pictures were pretty simple to figure out, and as a visual learner I figured it out pretty quickly.
I installed this bed myself and I think it took me about 3/5 hours (Sorry for the wide range, but I didnt time how long I was actually wor, just noted what time I started and what time I finished / and I know I took a few breaks in between).
I actually made a mistake towards the end of the process (I kept forgetting to lock the cam screws in place and at one point I installed the side upside down). Thankfully it was not hard to fix my mistake. Cumbersome and frustrating, yes. Difficult, no.
If you work carefully and sort your materials beforehand, assembling the bed wont be a major underta.
Ive been sleeping on it for about two months now and I havent had any problems. The bed itself is sturdy (note: Im 511 and curvy) and the drawers hold a good amount of weight. Im using one of the drawers to hold about 4 old chunky textbooks and have no issues with opening and closing the drawer.

This is a great bed for the price. I had no problem putting it together my self. I put the drawers together first and prepped all the boards. A couple of hours is all you need. I like instructions with words not just pictures like these instructions. So I had to look thru them a couple of times before I started to make sure i didnt have any problems getting it together. Drawers work great, glide easily. Like it a lot
Nice bed for the price. Looks great in our guest room. Kind of confusing to put together but managed after 2/3 hours because the directions are terrible. Very very happy
Not sure what to expect after reading some reviews, but it arrived in good shape (no damage). Following the directions, my husband put it together in a couple of hours. It went together very, very well and is perfect for our teen daughter. This is a simple platform bed with drawers. If you are loo for anything more, you need to spend more money. With a nice mattress, she loves it; for the price it is a good buy. You must follow the instructions and you should have no problems. We did use a power screwdriver but hand tightened up. Comfortable and sturdy

The bed isnt durable but its ok I just wish .
The bed isnt durable but its ok I just wish the wood was real and stronger with more stability Im a bit disappointed.

ok bed. Good for my 9 year old, but wouldnt trust it for larger adults. was a beast to put together. Its not bad its just not great.
