These chairs are awesome! They look great, arrive assembled and are comfortable. Stylish alternative to regular folding chairs.

The chair is pretty and seems fairly strong

The chair is pretty and seems fairly strong, not flimsy as some reviewers have stated. But its quite uncomfortable. If you want to sit somewhat upright you cant do it without the lower bar on the backrest cutting into your back. If a semi-recline is okay with you then you will be okay. I wanted it for an extra chair at a table. Actually after a day of trying to like it, it still isnt comfortable if you lean back.

    I like the seat

I like the seat! It looks nice and its comfortable for me! (5.9 tall and 165 pounds). I like the hues of its color, and its easy to fold. Ill recommend to anybody who needs a nice folding seat of wood.

Fulfills function, not exactly for the heavyweight

One can tell that this is not the sturdiest piece of furniture. If you have a light-frame, then go for it! Stylish, a little uncomfortable (awesome!), the only real downside I would say is that it is covered in a lacquer which seems unnecessary to me first of all, and more prominently, is an offense to the nose upon first receiving and unfolding the item. Of course, with all such items, the smell dissipates completely, though Im not sure if the degree of physiological harm the fumes may cause reduces in proportion.
