We got this frame for my mom, and she loves it. I was so happy with the quality of this frame. It was easy to put together too. Looks amazing in her room.

Everything came inside the box, when its time to attach the A-B parts thats where it gets a bit tricky but other than that I love this bed frame, makes your bed look tall easy to move around, comes with extra parts too. Im impressed.
Overall the product is great, it is sturdy and will work for us, however, it is about 1 1/2 smaller on each side of the queen mattress. I dont think it is going to make much of a difference since it is a platform bed but it is technically just shy of a true Queen size. The instructions call it a Standard bedframe which made me think it wasnt going to work, but once we assembled it, and put the mattress on it, it is fine.
Customer service is great and responsive to our struggles. The instructions have not many words but mostly pictures - our advice is to make sure you assemble the legs on the headboard correctly as I had inadvertantly put them on the wrong way with the label facing the wall and the labels should be facing the footboard (inside). The cross frame would not match up until I turned that around and then it fit fine. They could improve the instructions to make that a bit clearer. Overall, it was fairly easy to put together and comes with everything you need. I think we will be happy with it in the long run, but it gave me a bit of panic thinking it was the wrong size.

Pay attention to the letters for each side in the directions. If not you may end up reassembling.
Great for the price. Looks good, and is pretty sturdy.
