Our daughter picked this bed out, and loves it! She (10 years old) helped her daddy put the bed together and was able to do a lot of it herself. Super comfy! So far seems very durable. Were happy with our purchase! Would definitely buy again!
Very nice and easy to put together. I got this for my preteen and wanted something to last until he left the house. We set it up as a couch during the day so he and his buddies can lounge and play their video games. In the evening he has a very nice bed. very reasonably priced as well.
It was not bad putting the thing together the first time. I did it all alone with no problems. I decided I wanted to move it to a different bedroom and getting it out of the room as a nightmare. It would not go out the door without taking it apart. The legs cannot be removed without taking the whole thing apart. Some minor design changes would have made it possible to remove the legs and move the bed with less hassle. I had to have my husband help reassemble this time. It became a two/person job. In addition, the bolts had all come loose in the few months I had it up and it has barely been used. I still like it. It looks good and it was cheap. Pretty disappointing purchase for the price.

Its easy to assemble even though the instructions arent that detailed. PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO THE PICTURES WHEN YOU PUT THE LEGS OR ELSE YOU WILL SCREW IT IN WRONG.
Also, I suggest waiting to tighten all the screws until you put the lower, front board on, or it will be hard to fit.
My biggest gripe is that the manufacturer but the label on the back of the bed so if its not against the wall you will see it. Otherwise, the bed looks great! it is very pretty.
This looks really great. It is much taller than I expected, so we are going to cut the legs down. I got this in place of a loveseat for my living room, because we wanted something with more room and comfort for my spoiled dogs. Yes, you read that right. I just bought the most expensive dog bed ever. I mean, it doubles as extra seating when we have guests, or as a bed. I added a mattress protector, put sheets on top, and wrapped it in a grey blanket to keep the hair out of the mattress. Bought the comfiest mattress for it, and honestly its as comfortable as my expensive kind sized bed. I purchased some king sized pillows for it, with matching pillow cases and some decorative pillows, making it look just like a oversized loveseat. Im really happy with this purchase. I was very excited to receive!
Overall this is a great day bed. We purchase this in about 3 months ago and its still looks as great as the day we bought.
A few tips for prospective buyers: keep all the allen screws loose until everything is assembled, try to assemble in the room you want to place the bed in, once assembled it does still fit through normal door openings, its a 1 person job but at certain points having 2 people helps especially when matching up the sides.
The only reason I gave it 3 stars instead of 4 or 5 is simply because of the price increase. This used to be 199 and now its almost 100 more. At that price you now have other options. At the lower price this was definitely a 4 or 5 star product. I was actually pretty disappointed.
Its a fairly sturdy bed. Unfortunately, once this is assembled it will need to be disassembled before moving it through a standard door frame so assemble it in the room it will be in. Pay close attention to the directions on how to put on the slats the plastic pieces break easily so you cant pull them out and put them back. Also the twin mattress I bought for it is just a few inches too small so theres about a 3 inch gap on the side. Very stylish and great quality!
