I could not be happier with my chairs. They look great and are very comfortable to sit in. They were simple to put together and even comes with the tool needed to put it together. I love my chairs. A big upgrade from the all-wood ones I was using. I 100% recommend them if you need to replace dining chairs, or just to upgrade to a very comfortable chair.
Bought these as a desk chair and side chair. Was not wanting much, just something to sit on, and liked the look of these. I REALLY like them. Assembly was easy, straightforward, and instructions were plain. NOT the same with some other dining chairs I have. Chairs appear to be of good quality, MUCH better quality than i expected for the price. Assembled, they are attractive, comfortable, and appear to be sturdy. One more thing... there was a complete ABSENSE of styrofoam in the packing material, which I will just say I appreciate. I am TIRED of seeing styro as the standard packing material: its CRAP for the environment and a mess to clean up after. These chairs were boxed well, smartly, and had NO styro. Kudos!!
Most of these chairs were great (I ordered six total). However, there was one chair out of the bunch that had a very wobbly back even after tightening it multiple times. Eventually after trying to use it anyway it broke all together. The other five are great for their price and have stayed together just fine, but I wish that there was just a little more consistence.
We got these chairs and two days later-one broke. The person sitting on it was maybe 190 pounds so we thought ok. The other chairs are fine and he was super close to the weight limit. Well, the customer service was AMAZING. They emailed me back right away even though it was later in the evening. They sent us a replacement chair right away. We got that one. Double checked that all the chairs were put together correctly and well. Then my 17-year-old daughter who is maybe 110 pounds tops sat on one. It completely broke the new chair. The customer service refunded us immediately. So I would not order these chairs again but if you decide to try them. Know that the customer service is great.
Theyre OK, but you get what you pay for. These arent very cushy, and they tend to creak and crack a lot for any serious use. I just needed *something* since I had no chairs, but looking back I think you could definitely get something more durable and comfortable.
