We love our bunk beds, we purchased 2. The only complaint is that on one of the bunk beds the screw holes on the ladder were on the wrong side, we rigged it to make it work for us but other than that its a nice bunk bed. Thank you for the excellent customer service
My wife and I assembled the bed in around two hours. We were pleased with the quality of the framing and with the hex screws that were included. All parts were there. The instructions werent perfect, but fine. Our grandchildren will be using them over Thanksgiving. Its a great deal for the money
This is a phenomenal product! Always has plenty of parts and spares! Always has super easy to read and illustrated instructions. Super sturdy and durable! They are just so hard to get! My shipment did arrive two days earlier than expected which is damn awesome! The price is reasonable though.
Good product BUT instructions lack KEY ELEMENTS that makes it easy to mis/assemble the frame and have to disassemble some of the frame to complete the assemble. Plus I found 3 holes missing in the frame ladder. Fortunately I have a drill and steel bits to add the holes. its very nice and I love the color. Worth it

although it took all day to put together (so many parts) it is very sturdy and exactly what we needed for an extra room. Seems sturdy enough
