I am extremely pleased about how this bed exceeded my expectations. I thought it would sit very low but surprisingly it was an average height. I love the color and design and so does my daughter. It was easy to assemble and doesnt take up too much space.
Took 2 weeks to arrive, 1 week past delivery date. Not that big of a deal, but kind if suprised since it cost $40 for shipping. There is some stitching coming apart on the headboard and also 2 dark spots (looks like finger prints or dirt). I tried scrubbing the stains out with water and they did not disappear. Not worth putting back in box and sending back. We will just live with it because it is still cute and functional. It just did not come in perfect condition. It is sturdy and was simple to assemble.
First, the instructional video for the full-sized upholstered bed frame is very good at explaining the assembly process of the bed frame. Assembly is less than a half hour, but definitely takes two people
Once the bed frame is constructed, it is definitely solid and durable. The cushioned support and soft headboard means you can comfortably read or watch TV in bed
Although no box spring is required with this bed frame, I think it is more comfortable sleeping with a box spring. However, the bed frame is satisfactory and does provide support
Overall, the quality is exactly what Ive come to expect from a China-made product
Overall, its a satisfactory value for the price and if you like this type of style, Id recommend it
The design of this bed is very clever. All the parts could be stored in the headboard. So the package was quite small for a queen bed. So if you ever need to move, the bed will be a problem. Assembly is a bit of work to put all the pieces together. It took me about 2 hours. Once it was done, I was quite happy about it. It looks good and sturdy. The frame is not heavy. It is easy to adjust its position if needed.
The bed wasnt hard to put together, but step one wasnt clear and I put those pieces on backwards. Id say it took me a solid hour to complete the build.
The side pieces fit snuggly and took some time to get in just right. One of my side pieces came a little bent, but I was able to fix it with a rubber mallet.
Once all screwed together, its sturdy. The bed is nice looking. The color is great. I like theres no sharp corners. It sits at a nice height. Im happy with the finished result.
