Im incredibly happy with this purchase In love with this bed frame! It added such a simple elegant look to our bedroom. So happy to be able to get rid of our ugly box spring and bed skirt. It took us maybe 40 minutes to put together. It was very easy to follow instructions. So happy with this purchase!
I havent had this product long enough to give it a 5 stars review, but if this bed holds up a year or more, you bet Ill be back and add that extra star. Shipping was estimated to take weeks, but it showed up at my door in perfect condition and with all parts barely 3 days after I ordered it. Assembly was easy, but an extra set of hands is helpful. When putting it together, I did take the extra step to add locktite threadlocker to all of the bolts. I added a bit of gorilla glue to the holes that the wooden dowels get inserted into. Ive only had it a couple days, but Ive tested out the weight limit by piling on my mom and all my kids into the bed, and it didnt even creak like it was straining the wooden slats (well over 600 lbs). Also, with the mattress on it, I stood on it to hang some pictures above the bed, and no wobbling, no creaking, it didnt collapse. For the two nights Ive spent on it so far, I can say its been super quiet (and Im one that tosses and turns throughout the night). Also, it hasnt caused a backache yet. I was a little worried that the mattress would slide around because it sits on top of the frame instead of inside it, but it stays put even with me rolling around on it. As long as the bed holds up for awhile, Id say that it seems like a strong, supportive, quality bed and well worth the money (also quite nice looking if youre going for that bohemian or minimalist sort of look). Five stars if I get a years use out of it. It sure seems like it will hold up! So far, Im very happy with this purchase!
Great looking but not the must functional Well-packaged, easy to assemble, looks nice and streamlined and elegant in my master bedroom. I am really getting good use out of my prime shipping ;)
Excellent customer service This platform bed is an excellent product!! It is sturdy and easy to assemble, just follow the pictures! I love to look of the rustic wood. It is beautiful!!
Instructions for assembly would be helpful Ill be honest, I ordered this bed as a stand in while I continued my search for the perfect one for my bedroom. However, now that its set up, I love it. Its simple and well made and the rustic feel to the wood gives me that laid back bohemian vibe I was going for. Im very pleasantly surprised and overall really happy with this bed!
Update: have had this for a year and a half now and still LOVE it. Zero issues and still as sturdy as the day I put it together! Still recommend
Only slept on this a week now but I seriously love this frame! Real wood, sturdy, perfect height, color is as pictured, no creaking, and I was able to put together within one episode of The Office.. seriously, easier than even an frame sidenote: will say, I have a lot of experience putting together this type of furniture from a past job, so maybe it was easier for me, but its only 4 legs and 4 frame boards...and my 5 year old helped... not exactly difficult like others have said My only issue is the center support bar.. it looks as if it COULD break at some point because the metal is a little cheap and thin, but it could also be great. Will definitely update if its an issue.
Also, I shopped for a king size frame for my husband and I for over 6 months but they all seemed cheap and temporary. I took a chance on this even though it only had a few reviews and Im glad I did - esp for the price :)
