This chair was not worth what I paid. This should be a $75 chair at best. The first chair I ordered broke as I was putting it together. The second chair I ordered also broke as I was putting it together but it was still salvageable so I decided to keep it. The instructions are not clear and you need to use all the parts they send you eventhough the instructions do not show you using them all. Not 100% if I am going to keep it or not. Ill give it a few days to see but I cant get over paying $140 for such a junky chair.
Thanks to my dog who ate my captain chairs to my dining room set, Ive been on a mission to find decent matching ones. After searching relentlessly, I found this chair on Deal of the Day... couldnt beat the price. The chair comes in two pieces (seat back of chair); legs separate. There are two long bolts that secure the back of the chair into the seat. The first chair was not easy to assemble bc the bolt was stripped. Once we resolved the issue, the chair seems secure and sturdy. Its a bit of a narrow seat, but the cushion is firm and I like the way the back of the chair feels... keeps you seated upright. Overall very comfortable. Just hoping nothing happens to the chair that gave us trouble.
I bought two of the armed chairs and four of the non-armed chairs for the dining room. The highback, tufting with buttons and simple elegance of the chairs was more than I expected. Very well built, I appreciated the solid wood legs and heavy duty bolts that keep the chair together. We have large people in the family and it will not be an issue for them to sit on these chairs. I used a walnut oil on the chair legs before assembly, because the wood was very dry. The natural wood oiled well and the legs are beautiful. These chairs were half the price of the furniture store chairs so the value was excellent. I will be using a fabric protector. I would not recommend these chairs for every day use due to the fabric. If my kids sat on these every day, and abused them, like they do, I would be upset. However, these chairs are clean, bright, and stunning and the use for dining purposes will not be an issue, even with spills, with fabric protector. Color of fabric is true to the pictures, and they are neutral white with a hint of beige. Legs are natural wood.
The chair looks exactly as pictured. Physically it looks great! The only problem is the cushion is not very stable as once you start sitting in it, the cushion starts to fall in and creates a dip on the seat. Not worth it for the price.
I bought this to replace an Avington Slipper Chair from Target. The dimensions of this chair seemed to be closest to what I was replacing. The fabric is really nice, and it went together easily. My cats had shredded the corners of my old chair, but they seem less interested in this material (still a little interested, though). My one complaint is that the screws that hold the front legs on are a little too long, and actually come out the other side of the panel and make bumps under the fabric, which Im worried will tear. But Im also worried the chair wont be stable enough if not screwed in all the way..?

Not worth the price, poor cushion.

Good Chair
Comfortable chair High back for comfort as well.
Dazzling blue!
A breeze to assemble and the color makes the room pop with a modern flair.
