Easy set up. I ordered the white bunk bed set. The product that arrived was a very yellowy creamnot white. It sounds like some people have lucked out and gotten an actual white product, but its not consistent at all.
The color was an important factor for me, so sadly, I had to return the set. It looks like a really nice product otherwise.

My son loves it! Came a little damaged but still looks good. Solid enough I feel like I could get up on the top bunk. Id recommend to a friend.
