This is replacing a chair that folds into a bed which was very uncomfortable to sit on and to sleep on. This set is so much more comfortable to sit on and to sleep on. There is only one spot where the chaise meets the sofa part that is hard to sleep on but if you lay down with your feet facing the chaise part you can not feel it. I was very hesitant to buy it because of the bad reviews but I am glad I did. It came fast without any problems.
It looks nice and its comfortable too. When putting it together I needed my wifes help. So I suggest you have two people when putting it together. They made this sofa with lounge very different to put together but very ingenious as well. Thats why I say when you hook up the different pieces together it will stay together which is the most important part. It takes a bit of elbow grease (meaning strength) but once its hooked up it is satisfying to just lounge around on it knowing that it wont come apart. Havent used it as a bed so far so I dont know what its like to unhook it.
