This item came broken in two places. 1. The shelf on the bottom cam with a whole in it. 2. One of the metal beams came bent but my husband was able to still put it together it is beautiful. Called the 800# to get parts they were very helpful and parts are on the way because having to send back this item that probably weighs 250 lbs would be a big problem
This item looks exactly as described and we are very happy with it. The only suggestion I would have for the manufacturer is to have a better hinge system since the cabinet doors hit the TV stand glass sides (we are going to have to find a way to fix this issue). The company has one of the best/prompt customer service which has been a pleasure to deal with. I would purchase other items from them and highly recommend.
This looks like the pictures but during assembly you can tell they rushed it and there are gaps and loose panels at the end but have had no problem and it looks great
This piece is so beautiful it makes the whole room feel warm and rich. I am especially pleased with the customer service. One of the shelved came with a scratch. I sent a message to the seller and in two days received a new shelf very well packed. Very rarely do I write a review but the fast resolution and beautiful piece made me decide to share.
This piece took a lot of work putting it together (don’t forget to screw the nails in…don’t just place them in the holes or else it’ll be wobbly). But, once we got finished putting it together, it looks beautiful in my living room.
