Ive had this base for just over a week. So far so good. Smooth movement when adjusting, quiet, very simple to assemble. I suffer from GERD and adjusting both feet and head height allows me to sleep comfortably, and added bonus, I do not wake up with a sore back.
This bed base is great. Its heavy so I had to wait on help to get it upstairs. If you live by yourself like I do and dont have anyone to help you, you may still be able to manage. I got it inside my house by rolling the box instead of trying to push it or carry it. Just roll it end to end as gently as possible. It is well packaged inside. The assembly is mostly attaching the boards to the base. The assembly was pretty easy. I went from slatted bed to this and I appreciate the solid base since I use a memory foam mattress. It works flawlessly. The bed is very quiet. The adjusted positions are comfortable. Now I can put my feet up which helps reduce swelling greatly. Helps my breathing too, which is great right now since its allergy season.

We bought a Sleep Number Mattress and purchased this instead of the $2,500 Sleep Number adjustable base and it works just fine with our mattress. The only issue I have is that after a month of use it is squeaking a little when we move.

Base seems to work properly and looks nice. Poorly written instructions, was not easy to put together.
