These couches snap together mostly using metal hooks and slides. It seems secure and supports wait, but only having one connection on the bottom between the arm and seat make it feel loose at times when you lean against it. They are very soft and comfortable. I would say the arm is the least comfortable, but a well place throw pillow takes care of that. Very lightweight and will slide easily if not against a wall. I have had these for about a week.
As far as assembly goes this was the easiest to put Together. However it kind of reminds me a cheap futon from my college dorm. A few pillows can spruce it up though
This is a “small” loveseat like in the title. Be aware the back of the couch only comes up to the middle of my back when I sat in it, I am 5’4”. My family are all over 6’ tall, so not a good choice for us. It would be perfect for a small apartment or dorm room for smaller people. Love the fabric and color! Sadly can’t keep it.

Assembly is easy with the clear instructions and parts provided. One tip for the center stands that connect the two pieces is to use the longer beveled bolts and do not tighten them yet until all 12 are threaded in. Sitting for a long time may not be comfortable without a throw pillow or ottoman. I have not pulled the back side down yet to make it a bed but was able to nap soundly on the sofa. Not for you if you like plush but good enough for me.
The couch is small, excellent for a small apartment or for seating in large bedroom. The couch was not that easy to assemble as the directions are basically pictures. And the couch smelled old. Ive been spraying with Febreeze for about 3 days. The comfort level is ok, not very plush. You get what you pay for , overall the couch is OK.

I would love to give this 5 stars but one of the legs was broken. My husband just added a bolt because we didn’t want to return it and wait.
