It’s sturdy, firm with durable linen upholstery. I looked for a few months before choosing this and I’m pleased. You install the arms and 6 legs (better than 4) and that’s it. It’s heavy so would recommend placing sliding coasters under legs if area is carpeted. The leg bottoms have felt so it’s ok on hard wood floors.
This couch was super easy to set up and was ready to go in less than 15 minutes with two of us. It’s really well made and the cushions are thick. The recline/convertible bed is simple enough to adjust. It feels solid too and it’s evident that it’s due to the base which is heavy and sturdy. The beige color looks great in my den and I think the design is timeless and will serve me for many years to come.
I can’t believe how clever this little loveseat is. Firstly, I timed myself and putting it together took 30 minutes, even with the tiny mistake I made attaching one of the legs, and the fact that I am not particularly handy. It’s really simple and easy! Setting up for sleep (a smaller person or a kid will fit) takes about 10 seconds. It’s definitely not cushy, but perfectly comfy to sit or lie down on.
Actually, I found the firmness really helpful for my back, which was a little achey. ( I’m pushing 60) The charging port is a great plus.
Here’s the funny part: I read many reviews talking about how the parts are hidden inside the frame, plus the box shouts it at you in all caps. Well, the hardware, brackets and legs were in the fold of the piece right out if the box. I thought what is *wrong* with people?” No problem. Well, I got to the part where you attach the sides and thought “Damn… no arms in this box!” Finally turned the seat over and Voila!!! The arms are zipped into the underside. I was impressed and spent the rest of the day laughing at my very own self.

Solid and well constructed, impressed with the quality. Easy to assemble. The only hitch is it didn’t fit in the elevator - we had to unbox it first. Comfortable to sleep and sit on, it’s quite firm. I’ll probably add a topper for guests staying more than one night.

The modular sleeper sofa sounded like what I was looking for: microfiber and not looking like a sofa bed. I bought mine through because did not have ocean color in stock. My friend ordered bordeaux also from . Both arrived on 9 Feb 2022. Her box was badly damaged and ripped in places but her sofa survived except for a deep indent in one spot. My box was perfect but not my sofa. See photos attached. There were two nicks in the seat; the legs were scratched and the back did not align and therefore could not be assembled. I called Customer Service immediately, as per s instructions. The person sent me an email and asked for photos, which I emailed immediately. I received a response to say that will replace the defective and damaged sofa. I finally got a replacement on 17 March: two men delivered and assembled the sofa for me. However, the back cushions were badly wrinkled. I tried steaming it as per advice but it did not work. I filled polyfill but it made no difference. I called again and got my replacement back cushions on 24 April 2022. Yes, it was a real ORDEAL in my getting this sofa. I read some reviews of poor customer service from . This was not my experience: customer service was excellent; the person I dealt with was very responsive. However, I do agree with some of the comments in various reviews: the product is manufactured in China. For the price (I think it could be $400 lower), the quality should be impeccable; must exercise greater quality control. The wrench provided is not good: it gets in the way of screwing in the legs. While one person can convert it into a bed, you need two people to assemble it. I love the design of this sofa. The quality is very good.

The sofa is great. Exactly as shown in the pictures. The only problem is the delivery. It will be delivered only to the ground level.
