It's very sturdy and easy to clean. The only complaint about it is that it didn't have the pieces labeled and it took 3 hours to assemble, other than that it's great.

I don't know exactly how long it took me because i worked on it off and on for 2 days. Maybe 4-5 hrs? I do wish the drawers had a bit more room. They are deep enough, but wish they had more height.

Ive had the bed for a couple months. Some people say the bed shifts and what not but I haven't experienced it. I made sure to take my time putting it together and also add some extra support by filling the frame cracks with wood glue for extra strength.
I've had the bed for about six months now, the drawers are actually made of solid wood, and the plywood slats are actual wood as well.
the instructions were very easy to follow, and had no problem getting it together, some of the outer parts with the finish on them started to warp after a few months, and I noticed that the slats kept falling out from the holes.
contacting the manufacturer directly, they are very responsive and will send out replacement parts for any problems. I got my replacement parts in about a week of requesting them. I would purchase another product from this manufacturer, some cheap parts, but some good parts, decent price and great customer service
I've had this base for 6 years now, and while I agree with the reviews that talk about it being kind of flimsy, this base has been fantastic for me and now resides in our guest bedroom. I slept on it for 3+ years before getting married and purchasing a bedroom set. If I didn't have to reposition it after assembly, I wouldn't even know it was flimsy and in need of some reinforcement. I will look in to the reinforcements that people mention here, because I never looked into it when I originally bought the base. As for customer service, they are great! They are sending me replacement parts lost in our move despite my purchase being outside of the warranty period.
I think this is a great base for a starter or a smaller room, since it has the storage space underneath, eliminating the need for a dresser or other clothes storage.

Also I was worried about the height, but it's not low to the ground like some platform beds. It was time consuming putting it together, but all in all a good purchase.

Only thing I don't like is that the support slats for the mattress don't stay put well. Its nothing that really impeads the functionality of the bed, more bothersome really.

Great Value, Hard to Move

Greta bed, lots of storage
