Arms were incorrectly labeled left/right. Otherwise easy assembly.
Base came damaged as shipping carton was destroyed in shipping. Sent email and pics to seller and never received a response.

This chair is great for the money. The faux leather in gray is very nice. The massage feature is more like vibrations. This was not comfortable for my husband; I thought it would help his back pain.
