My bed frames support leg has solved. The seller of this product contacted me and provide the solutions and even delivered the support legs to me twice. Im happy about the service that the seller still able to solve their customer's issue after purchase this product. I recommend other customers to buy furniture from this seller. After sleeping on this bed for a few weeks, notice that total weight of 2 people is more than 100kg and above cannot get this bed, the 2 black woods at the middle of the bed slat cracked and broke off, the screw loosen too because of the wood cracked and I have to screw back again and use super glue to glue it. But the wood broke again the second time, i'm not sure it will came off again in future. now the bed is not firm and steady at all.

bed frame received before the expected delivery date. Very fast service. Thumbs up on the delivery. But colour is different with the picture shown on website. The actual colour is more to blue instead of grey colour. But the surface of the fabric is very smooth. Still like it. The only thing is there is no user manual to assemble the bed frame but overall can assemble it by measure all the pieces together.

Really good purchase for the price, fast delivery and easy to assemble. The fabric is like suede with a bit of shine, not like the picture but looks better in real life, colour is more towards dark grey. Bed frame is overall steady and firm but, just the headboard part to bed frame a bit shakey, but overall this is really value for money.
I still cant assemble the bed frame cos skynet didn’t send the complete parcel/boxes to me. Really bad the delivery service by skynet. They promise to resend on Monday but they just quiet didnt update me anything. Yesterday i ask the delivery guy but then he said his friend will send today. Then today also no news from them. Ask me to liaise with office. I really cant accept they are not responsible to deliver the item correctly. Now no news from them. I pay quite expensive for the delivery charges but this is what i got???
Good, practical design for the money but does feel a little bit filmsy. Installation was simple & straightforward.

But the parcel for headboard, got torn here and there and maybe during the logistic. Luckily, the headboard not torn or I did not check, properly? The wooden bed not strong enough where easy to break. Also, got new smell.
very sturdy, very nice and item delivered safely except that the delivery guy should have called first before sending the item. i live in condo so i need approval from the management first before huge item like this can be delivered. instruction is easy to read and follow so no issue there. some scratches at the corner due to torn box at the sides so better pack properly especially the sides and all.
