Update to my earlier review / I only had trouble the first couple of days with the lock mechanism. Perhaps all it needed was breaking in. Was planning on returning it, but do glad I didnt! Im always asked where I purchased it from. My particularly favorite part is the surprise drink holder in the center :

We purchased this couch for my sons room and it is the perfect size while also giving us another space for guests to sleep. He loves it. The couch did come with a small tear in it, but we contacted them and they made it right so we have no complaints. I Would definitely buy again
I got this sofa for 1 week now, so far I am very happy with quality for under 300. First is very easy to set them up. I have it in the corning of my living room. I bought this for my kids. My boy loves to lay on this sofa bed he said is very comfortable. It has a central arm rest that comes down with 2 removable cup holders for easy cleaning. Also, it comes with two pillows. Modern, comfortable and great value
More than expected this is in my basement perfect for the space and for short term sitting, it folds out to the size just bigger than a twin bed so dont expect a full size futon, this is more suitable for a child to sleep on, the arms shown are pillows and are not attached and in the description it outlines that. Its the size of a small love seat so dont expect a couch size. I love it overall its a great deal for the price, I paid 149
Its a wonderful couch for the money. But remember, its no more than a casual couch. Its a little stiff, but most sufficient for my garage to hang out on for several hours. It is beautiful and functional.
We put this in a small home office and it is perfect for that. My grandchildren could sleep on it when they spend the night but it would not be adequate for an adult bed. It is small and pretty uncomfortable for sleeping but looks nice and serves the purpose we need it for. Overall, great value for the price.
